Ashtanga, que significa "disponer de una manera especial", enfatiza el flujo sincronizado de la respiración y el movimiento entre posturas. Ashtanga Vinyasa es uno de los sistemas de Hatha yoga que sincroniza la respiración y el movimiento en una secuencia fluida de asanas. Cada asana tiene un número único de movimientos de entrada y salida (que también se llaman vinyasa). Cuando se practica con regularidad, Ashtanga Vinyasa puede ayudar a desarrollar fuerza, flexibilidad, resistencia y a cultivar una sensación integral de bienestar y mente enfocada.
Cuando se practica con atención y de una manera que apoye a cada persona individualmente, este sistema de yoga puede ser muy terapéutico.
Las prácticas fundamentales del Ashtanga Yoga son: el método Tristana (asana/respiración ujjayi/drishti), Vinyasa (respiración y movimiento sincronizados) y bandhas (bloqueo o retención energética).
Nuestro curso de formación de profesores de yoga de 100 horas se basa en el sistema tradicional de Ashtanga Yoga establecido por el sabio Patanjali hace más de 3000 años. La parte de asanas se deriva principalmente de la serie Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary y Vinyasa Flow. Nuestro plan de estudios integral cubre clases de práctica de asanas, pranayama, meditación y filosofía. Aparte de la Serie Primaria de Ashtanga Yoga Modificado, también practicarás Vinyasa Flow y algunas clases de Yin Yoga.

In this 10 -day 100 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh program, you will develop yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually. You will also gain the confidence to take your yoga practice to a deeper awareness and become a real yoga teacher. You don’t need athletic skills but a balance between the mind and the body. However, a 100 hr YTT course is not enough, but the desire to always get involved and keep learning is.
In your Ashtanga Training you will learn the primary series set of asana and you will be practicing it both in led class and in Mysore style, so that you will get stronger day after day and you will memorize the sequence. Both styles of classes will happen under the attentive guide of your asana teacher.In your art of teaching classes you will go through all the postures of the primary series and how to modify and adjust according to the different anatomies of people.In the philosophy class you will go in depth in the learning of the Ashtanga Yoga (eight limbs of Raja Yoga) as explained by the great sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow,
Ashtanga means eight limbs or branches of yoga.Ashtanga Yoga contains different groups of asanas and teachings on vinyasa, drishti, bandhas, mudras, and philosophy. This is a great chance for students to practice and know their level of ability, in a supportive group environment and with the inspiration and guidance of a guru. Ashtanga can be a perfect foundation for home practitioners and also those who want to teach professionally once they know the arrangement of poses.
The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“.
Asana
Explore yoga poses (Asana) by type, from arm balances to backbends, inversions, twists and more. Plus, find sequences and step-by-step pose instructions for each to enhance your practice. Asanas are one of the most important facets of Yoga. Each asana is performed for a particular beneficial reason. Our Teacher will help you to aligning the body posture, getting rid of toxins, losing weight, overall health, taking away fatigue, and relaxing the mind.

Yog Nidra
Yoga Nidra literally means "Yogic Sleep." In this deep meditation you train your attention to leave the chatter of the Waking state of mind, go past the fantasy of the Dreaming state, and consciously, intentionally enter the stillness of the Deep Sleep state, yet paradoxically remain awake and in deep meditation. For thousands of years the Yogis have used Yoga Nidra to master the art of sleep, to balance the subtle energies, and to experience greater depths of meditation.

It is believed that mantras can penetrate the depths of the oblivious mind. Sat Kriya
Important part of Yoga science is to let the unwanted out so that the nature fills the requirement in time, which also helps to perform to asana or pranayama without straining. Non Cleansed system cannot gain much benefit from yoga. Yoga has six important cleansing techniques which prefer as a master tool to cleanse whole body to union the system mechanism cooperative during the path of meditation, which the technique is termed as shatkarmas in sanskrit. These techniques are highly valuable in healing all the possible internal disorders. The six practices of shatkarmas are as follows:
