In Yoga & Meditation Retreat, you will start each day with chanting mantras, breathing exercises and traditional hatha yoga class. During the day you will have enough time to explore and enjoy yourself, deepen your asana practice in the afternoon yoga class, and end the day with meditation. After this retreat, you will have a better understanding of yoga and feel a deeper connection with your higher self.

I have just returned from an amazing cultural and yoga retreat experience organised by Abhi, which was booked through my yoga teacher. As a group of 11 we visited the Golden Triangle - Delhi, Jaipur and Agra, before travelling further north to Rishikesh in the foothills of the Himalayas. Our transport from attraction to attraction and city to city was arranged meticulously on a comfortable minibus with regular refreshments provided for us and pit stops along the way.
