Be it having sunbath on the one of the beaches or having a barbeque under the moonlit sky or just having a relaxed walk. Goa beaches are suitable for all. Trance parties on the beaches of Goa are also quite popular amongst tourists. apart from all this, there are enough of adventurous opportunities as well. Parasailing, paragliding, water skiing, surfing, windsurfing, sailing, water-scooters, and dolphin spotting cruises are few of the activities that attract water sports enthusiasts.

 

The beaches of Goa can be divided into South Goa and North Goa. Along with beaches, there are various other tourist spots in Goa. Some of these are Albuquerque Mansion, Chapora Fort, various famous churches such as Basilica of Bom Jesus, St. Augustine church, Church of St Francis of Assisi, etc. While on your Goa tour, do try authentic seafood. 

The best time to be in Goa is during Christmas and New Year for an experience like never before. New Year Parties in Goa are everywhere. There is singing, dancing, eating, partying and so much more. The whole of Goa is lit up as New year approaches, all the churches, the beaches looking beautiful as ever. During the New Year, the day can be over, the sun can be set but the party never ends.

What We Will Do During This Retreat

Asana Practice - "Asana" is Sanskrit for “seat”. The idea of the “seat” in this context refers not only to the physical position of the body, but to the position of the spirit in relation to Divinity. This idea is often referred to as the “One Seat”, by Yogis and Buddhists alike. This help to purification of the physical body through the traditional practices of shatkarmas followed by the practices of asanas, pranayamas, mudra and bandha. 

  

Indian Traditional Meditation - Meditations a state of profound peace that the body experiences when the mind is calm and silent, yet completely aware of the surroundings. you will get a primary concept of meditation, philosophy of meditation, meditation postures, mantra concept, anatomy, and therapy of meditative practices, yogic nutrition, naturopathy.” 

 

Pranayama - Pranayama is comprised of two words Prana and Ayama. Prana word means vital energy. Pranayama utilizes breathing to influence the flow of prana in the Nadis of the pranayama kosha. Pranayama (breath) is a bridge between the body and the mind, and its practices are an essential yoga practice that reveals deeper layers of the mind. In Pranayama we learn to control our breath by regularly practicing. Pranayama plays a very important role in our life to keep healthy. Let’s check what are the benefits of pranayama.
