We are going to excursion capital of India Delhi. Delhi is a city where ancient and modern blend seamlessly together. It is a place that not only touches your pulse but even fastens it to a frenetic speed. We are going to explore UNESCO World Heritage Site Qutub Minar in red and buff standstone is the highest tower in India. It has a diameter of 14.32 m at the base and bout 2.75 m on the top with a height of 72.5 m. Qutbu'd-Din Aibak laid the foundation of Minar in AD 1199 for the use of the mu'azzin (crier) to give calls for prayer., One of the biggest Temple of India Swami Narayan Akshardham Temple 'Akshardham' means the divine abode of God. It is hailed as an eternal place of devotion, purity and peace. Swaminarayan Akshardham at New Delhi is a Mandir and Lotus Temple one of seven Major Bahai's temples built around the world this magnificent structure stands for the principle of the oneness of humankind. People of all racial, religious, national backgrounds, are welcomed to pray and meditate within its precincts. It is a collective centre of society to promote cordial affection where everyone is held in its embrace as equals.

Agra(The City of Taj Mahal

Agra - Located on the banks of River Yamuna in Uttar Pradesh, Agra is a popular tourist destination as it is home to one of the 7th wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal. It is a sneak peek into the architectural history and legacy of the Mughal empire with two other UNESCO World Heritage Sites Agra Fort. We are going to explore One of the seven wonders of the world Taj Mahal an immense mausoleum of white marble, built in Agra between 1631 and 1648 by order of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favourite wife, the Taj Mahal is the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage., One of the biggest fort of asia Red Fort also Agra Fort, large 16th-century fortress of red sandstone located on the Yamuna River in the historic city of Agra, west-central Uttar Pradesh, north-central India. It was established by the Mughal emperor Akbar, Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb know as baby Taj and Traditional Handicraft Market displaying a number of unique handicrafts, the traditional bazaars of Agra.

Mathura (Birth City Of Lord Krishna)

Mathura is a holy city in Hinduism and is considered the heart of Brij Bhoomi, the land of Krishna. The twin- city to Mathura is Vrindavan. Mathura is a sacred city in Uttar Pradesh, northern India. The deity Lord Krishna is said to have been born on the site of Sri Krishna Janma Bhoomi, a Hindu temple. Dotting the Yamuna Riverare 25 ghats (flights of steps down to the water), of which Vishram Ghat is considered the holiest. Sati Burj is a16th-century memorial tower. Mathura has an ancient history and also homeland and birthplace of Krishna who was born in Yadu dynasty. According to the Archaeological Survey of India plaque at the Mathura Museum, the city is mentioned in the oldest Indian epic, the Ramayana. In the epic, the Ikshwaku prince Shatrughna slays a demon called Lavanasura and claims the land. Afterwards, the place came to be known as Madhuvan as it was thickly wooded, then Madhupura and later Mathura. We are going to explore Birth Place of Lord Krishna, Love Temple and Iskcon Temple etc.

Jaipur (The Land of Kings)

Jaipur is the capital of India’s Rajasthan state. It evokes the royal family that once ruled the region and that, in 1727, founded what is now called the Old City, or “Pink City” for its trademark building colour. Jaipur- the pink city is a major sightseeing destination in Rajasthan India. We are going to explore Hawa Mahal situated at Badi Choupad, Pink City of Jaipur, Hawa Mahal was built in 1799. It has 953 windows on the outside walls. The honeycomb shaped and beautifully carved windows allow breeze to blow through the palace and makes it a perfect summer palace. , Jal Mahal or the Water Palace is one of the most majestic places to see in Jaipur. Jal Mahal stands at the forefront of these works of art. Standing amidst the center of Man Sagar Lake, Jantar Mantar in Jaipur has captured the essence of many a wanderlust over the years. An open-air astronomical observatory, this UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of the rare and timeless places of attraction in Jaipur, and the world and Amber Fort the magnificent Amer Fort is an extensive palace complex that has been built with pale yellow and pink sandstone, and with white marble. Amber Fort is declare UNESCO World Heritage Site and Local Market famous for hand made bangles and other jewellery.

Rishikesh (World's Capital of Yoga)

The word Rishikesh literally suggests the ‘locks or hairs of a sage’. The city is famously known as the ‘Gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas' and the ‘Yoga Capital of the World’. This city is situated at the foothills of the Himalayas along the banks of the sacred river Ganges. Rishikesh is also known for its connection with The Beatles. The city has hosted the annual "International Yoga Festival". This ancient city has several mythological and religious legends associated with Lord Vishnu, Lord Bharat, and various prominent sages and is said to have been established in the 9th-century AD by Adi Shankaracharya. The scenic beauty of Rishikesh is due to its location at the foothills of the lofty Garhwal Himalayas is accentuated by the mighty Ganges cutting right through the city.  We are going to explore here Vashitha Cave, Oldest ashram's of Rishikesh, Water fall, World’s famous fire ceremony, Local Market, Beatles Ashram, Holy River Ganga and many other Old Temples, Ashram etc.

What We Will Do During This Retreat

Asana Practice - "Asana" is Sanskrit for “seat”. The idea of the “seat” in this context refers not only to the physical position of the body, but to the position of the spirit in relation to Divinity. This idea is often referred to as the “One Seat”, by Yogis and Buddhists alike. This help to purification of the physical body through the traditional practices of shatkarmas followed by the practices of asanas, pranayamas, mudra and bandha.

Indian Traditional Meditation - Meditationis a state of profound peace that the body experiences when the mind is calm and silent, yet completely aware of the surroundings. you will get a primary concept of meditation, philosophy of meditation, meditation postures, mantra concept, anatomy, and therapy of meditative practices, yogic nutrition, naturopathy.”


Pranayama  - Pranayama is comprised of two words Prana and Ayama.Prana word means vital energy.Pranayama utilizes breathing to influence the flow of prana in the nadis of the pranaamaya kosha.Pranayama (breath) is a bridge between the body and the mind and its practices are an essential yoga practice that reveals deeper layers of the mind.In Pranayama we learn to control our breath by regularly practicing. Pranayama plays a very important role in our life to keep healthy. Let’s check what are the benefits of pranayama.

Day – 1, Delhi check in and rest / sightseeing afternoon Delhi (Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and Akshardhaam Temple) 

Day – 2, Drive to Jaipur and local sightseeing (Palace of winds, Water Palace and Local Market) at evening after check in 

Day – 3, Jaipur sightseeing (Amber Palace, Jantar Mantar, Birla Temple)  

Day – 4, Drive to agra and sightseeing (World’s Largest Step Well Chand Baori, Red Fort and Local Market Agra at Evening) after check in hotel 

Day – 5, Agra sightseeing (Taj Mahal, Akabr Tomb) Sightseeing Mathura at evening (Love Temple, Iskcon Temple and Lord Krishna Temple) 

Day – 6, Drive to Rishikesh check in and welcome walk in the city 

Day – 7, Rishikesh welcome fire ceremony and sightseeing (Ashram, Temple, Beatles Ashram and Attend World's Famous Fire Ceremony Side by Holy River Mother Ganga 

Day –8,  Rishikesh sightseeing Vashitha Cave, Neer Water Fall, Kamakshi Devi Temple and free time at evening
