Aadhya Yogshala provides all kind of yoga teacher training courses 100, 200, 300 & 500 Hours, different kind of retreats & workshops. Through experiences in unique classes, workshops, retreats and trainings students can gain a new perspective on life’s realities. We recognize the unique light within each human we meet and have built programs to inspire you from where you are at. No Matter from where you come from Aadhya Yogshala provides easy and accessible techniques that are rooted in ancient tradition existing for thousands of years.
Yoga derived from the Sanskrit word “yuji,” meaning yoke or union, yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind, body and spirit. Yoga's incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person's mental well-being. “Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration.
Yoga gives you energy and helps you relax and stay relaxed. Yoga helps to improve all systems of the body including the glands and nerves. Yoga can even help slow down the effects of aging. Many health concerns such as arthritis, headaches and digestion problems can improve with a regular yoga practice.
