INSTRUCTIONS 

Once you will make the transfer please send us the Payment Receipt of your transaction amount for confirmation of your payment –we will keep the track on your payment.

If you cannot pay via bank transfer, we can send a PayPal money request or Western Union Transfer details to your email address. You will receive PayPal email or Western Union Transfer details from us with detailed instructions regarding how to pay. Once you have received this, you will be able to pay the booking amount online using your credit card. For further details please contact us-

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT SHARING

Pictures taken during training, retreats or classes may be used in a promotional capacity such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, the organization website etc. By agreeing to these terms and conditions trainees give full permission for this information to be released.

If any student has a problem with the photographs to be posted on social media platforms, they are requested information to the class teacher about their objection, and please stay away from the group for a while during photography sessions. Aadhya Yogshala will not accept the objection of any students if they didn’t inform about their mind not to come in the frame.

USE OF INFORMATION

Aadhya Yogshala takes the privacy and security of our students very seriously. Information collected is used strictly by us to provide our services to you and as is required for the provision of our services. Information submitted to Aadhya Yogshala may be shared with administrative staff and teachers solely for the administration purpose and teaching. Trainees understand that Aadhya Yogshala engages in social media networking, such as Facebook, Instagram etc. as part of the company’s promotional endeavours, which may involve sharing of photos or other information. Aadhya Yogshala may contact graduates in the future about upcoming events and opportunities. This will require the use of trainee contact details. If trainees are uncomfortable with this please make this known to the staff via email.

POLICY AND PROGRAM MODIFICATION

It may be necessary for us to review and revise these Terms of Service. Aadhya Yogshala reserves the right to review and change these terms and conditions at any time. If revised, changes will be posted here.

Aadhya Yogshala reserves the right to alter the program or schedule or curriculum and to select staff from a pool of qualified teachers depending upon availability per training.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION

To block seat either in our Yoga Teacher Training program or short-term retreat program, please pay the booking fee (€250) via Western Union, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. The booking fee is a part of the whole fee.

The balance fee needs to be paid throughout the bank transfer (up to two weeks before the first day of the course) or in cash (€, INR or $) on the day of arrival – please let us know what is more comfortable for you. Please notice that students who choose to pay in cash on arrival need to sign up for the agreement and accept the rules and regulations of our cancellation policy.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Please note that no fees (whether paid in partial or full) will be refundable under any circumstances. In case the student decides to leave the course after the payment of the deposit or the full fees due to any reason, they will not be entitled to any refund of the fees paid under any circumstances.

Please notice that due to fixed traveling costs of our international teaching team and costs of organizing the TTC booking fee and the course fee are not refundable. Students are allowed to change their batch to available for the next dates.

We will accept postponing the course only due to unavoidable reasons, and the paid amount can be adjusted / used in any future course you do with us within one year from the date of booking.

DISCIPLINE RULES FOR STUDENTS

  • Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school.

  • We expect all students to be back at the School by 10 pm for safety reasons and smooth development of the training.

  • Always be disciplined, respect the teachers, and follow all rules.

  • We recommend you to be punctual in each and every class.  If you are running 25 minutes late, according to the schedule, you will not be allowed to attend the class.

  • Only in any medical condition you are allowed to take rest from the classes otherwise you have to present in every class on time.

  • Aadhya Yogshala is free to take strict action against the students if they will not follow schools laws.

ETIQUETTE

  • Respect the teacher and your fellow students, please practice as instructed by the teacher and do not practise your own series during class.

  • NO mobile allowed in the classroom.

  • Observe SILENCE during classes and especially during Savasana, where you integrate all you have absorbed during class.

  • Clean up your space at the end of class. Pick up your props and mats and put them in the designated areas as instructed by the teacher if not obvious.

  • If exiting early, figure out the best way to leave your space silently. If you have no other option, leave your mat and props where they are and quietly leave with respect to the group.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR AADHYA  YOGSHALA

General:

  • We expect students to follow the Yamas and Niyamas (according to Patanjali) to the best of their ability.  

  • Drinking, smoking, and other drugs are strictly prohibited.

  • Physical relationships with other students or staff are not allowed.

  • Keep your belongings with you.  We are not responsible for lost items.

  • Our schedule is subject to change.  We would appreciate your flexibility and willingness to adapt to any changes.

  • Do not argue or disagree with your teachers based on your past experiences of yoga.  Be prepared to learn from our teachers with an open mind and a new perspective, not comparing to past experiences of yoga. 

  • We are not responsible for any activities conducted outside of our school.

Attendance:

  • All classes are mandatory.

  • Only in cases of illness are you excused from class. Also, in this case, if you are capable you should at least come to class to observe and take notes.

  • Do not be late to classes.  This shows disrespect to your teachers, fellow students, and yourself.

  • Repeatedly being late or missing classes without an excuse will be grounds for dismissal from the yoga school.  

Principles:

  • Positive energy and attitude: remember that your energy affects other people around you.  Please try to keep a positive and happy attitude during your training.

  • Please try to accept that studying and practising in India will be different from western countries/cultures.  We appreciate your open mind and way of learning.

Evaluation and Certification:

  • Your admission to this school does not guarantee a certificate.  You will be evaluated by your teaching practicums, behaviour, progress, and full attendance

LAW AND JURISDICTION

If you are a participant/student of Aadhya Yogshala whose principal address occurs in any jurisdiction across the world then these terms and conditions will be subject to Indian law. In this case, to the extent possible in the applicable jurisdiction, both you and we agree that the competent courts in District Court Dehradun, Uttarakhand India will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and conditions.
