AGRA
This historical city stands 200 km south of New Delhi, on the banks of river Yamuna. Over three centuries ago, it was a powerful Mughal capital and the most important city of northern India. It was at this time that Agra's many timeless architectural wonders were born: the wonderful Taj Mahal, the awesome Agra Fort, and the sprawling Agra Fort - a whole city in itself. History, architecture, romance all together create the magic of Agra, and hence, makes for a must-visit for anyone living in or visiting India.
Agra is also well known for its marble artefacts which are best bought in the Sadar Bazaar or Kinaari Bazaar area.

JAIPUR

RISHIKESH
Rishikesh is known as the Yoga Capital of the World, which is also popularly known as Tapo Bhumi, the home for Meditation of gods and does Yoga. The peaceful place feels like heaven as it is the town for many temples with swift, pure, and clear flowing water from the Ganges on the side. Rishikesh is also known for its connection with The Beatles. In February 1968, members of the legendary English rock band visited Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's ashram (now popularly known as the Beatles Ashram) to learn transcendental meditation. The band composed nearly 48 songs during their time at the Maharishi's ashram, many of which appear on the White Album (and a few from Abbey Road).
Rishikesh is also a town of quaint cafes, which offer local and international cuisines and are mostly packed with tourists. Interestingly, in the last couple of years, Rishikesh has become very popular for its vibrant Holi celebrations, mostly organised by private hotels and resorts.

What Will We Do During This Retreat
Asana Practice - "Asana" is Sanskrit for “seat”. The idea of the “seat” in this context refers not only to the physical position of the body, but to the position of the spirit in relation to Divinity. This idea is often referred to as the “One Seat”, by Yogis and Buddhists alike. This help to purification of the physical body through the traditional practices of shatkarmas followed by the practices of asanas, pranayama's, mudra and bandha.
Indian Traditional Meditation - Meditations a state of profound peace that the body experiences when the mind is calm and silent, yet completely aware of the surroundings. you will get a primary concept of meditation, philosophy of meditation, meditation postures, mantra concept, anatomy, and therapy of meditative practices, yogic nutrition, naturopathy.”
Pranayama - Pranayama is comprised of two words Prana and Ayama. Prana word means vital energy. Pranayama utilizes breathing to influence the flow of prana in the Nadis of the pranayama kosha. Pranayama (breath) is a bridge between the body and the mind, and its practices are an essential yoga practice that reveals deeper layers of the mind. In Pranayama we learn to control our breath by regularly practicing. Pranayama plays a very important role in our life to keep healthy. Let’s check what are the benefits of pranayama.

Daily Sample Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, your host will meet you at the arrivals area and take you to your hotel to rest and relax
Day 2: Sightseeing in Delhi and Drive to Agra
After to enjoy your breakfast you will check out from the hotel and start your day with the visit of
QUTUB MINAR: a UNESCO World Heritage Site was built by Qutbu'd-Din Aibak in AD 1199. Qutub Minar is a minaret and victory tower comprising the Qutub complex. After this we will explore.
LOTUS TEMPLE: Lotus Temple located in New Delhi, India. Like eight Houses of Worship around the world, this magnificent structure stands for the principle of the oneness of humankind.
SWAMI NARAYAN AKSHARDHAM TEMPLE: Akshardham' means the divine abode of God. It is hailed as an eternal place of devotion, purity and peace. Akshardham is a Mandir – an abode of God, a Hindu house of worship, and a spiritual and cultural campus dedicated to devotion, learning and harmony.After the tour, you'll drive to Agra (200 KM, 3 Hours Approximate), checkin your hotel and rest.
Day 3: Sightseeing Agra
Today you are going to visit TAJ MAHAL with the first shine of sun.
TAJ MAHAL: An immense mausoleum of white marble, built in Agra between 1631 and 1648 by order of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favourite wife, the Taj Mahal is the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage.
And then you will go back to your hotel to take your breakfast. After your breakfast you will move to visit another place
AGRA FORT: The Agra Fort is a historical Mughal fort in the city of Agra, also known as Agra's Red Fort. Mughal emperor Humayun was crowned at this fort in 1530.
BABY TAJ (I'timād-ud-Daulah): is a Mughal mausoleum in the city of Agra in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Often described as a "jewel box", sometimes called the "Bachcha Taj" or the "Baby Taj", the tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah is often regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal
LOCAL MARKET: At the end we will explore local market famous for carpets and marbles arts and then will back to your hotel for overnight stay
Day 4: Drive to Jaipur (4.20 Hours Approximate) and sightseeing on the way
Toda you are travelling to Jaipur so after to have your breakfast we will start to drive to Jaipur and on the way we are going to explore one of the biggest step well called Chand Baori and a old Temple of Goddess Harshat in Abhaneri Village
CHAND BAORI: Was built during the 8th and 9th centuries and has 3,500 narrow steps arranged in perfect symmetry, which descend 20m to the bottom of the well.
HARSHAT MATA TEMPLE: The Harshat Mata Temple in Abhaneri is primarily dedicated to Harshat Mata, the Hindu goddess of joy and happiness
After temple we will drive to our hotel in Jaipur
At evening we will attend a live traditional musical concert
Day 5: Sightseeing in Jaipur
Start your morning exploring the beauty of Jaipur, Post having the breakfast, we would take you to pay a visit to following places..
AMBER FORT: Visit the majestic AMBER FORT, known for its artistic Hindu style elements and breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
JAGAT TEMPLE: Jagat Shiromani Temple is a 17th-century Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna, Meera Bai, and Vishnu and Step.
JAL MAHAL: Marvel at the beauty of Jal Mahal, a palace located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake.
After lunch
CITY PALACE: The City Palace, Jaipur is a royal residence and former administrative headquarters of the rulers of the Jaipur State in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
HAWA MAHAL (Palace of the Winds): Begin your Jaipur tour with the HAWA MAHAL (Palace of Winds), an ornate palace with a unique façade of 953 small windows.
At last you will explore traditional handicrafts market of Jaipur famous for women jewellery and handicrafts.
After to have an amazing day you will check in your hotel in Jaipur for overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6: Flight to Rishikesh and Sightseeing
Today you are going to take flight for Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun (nearest to Rishikesh) from Jaipur International Airport early in the morning.
Our driver will come to pick you at Airport and will transfer you to the hotel

KAMAKSHI DEVI TEMPLE: This exquisitely designed temple was inaugurated by the Grace of Gurudev Paramahamsa Omkarananda Saraswati.
BEATLES ASHRAM: The Beatles Ashram is also called Chaurasi Kutia near the bank Ganga River in Rishikesh, India. It was founded in 1963 by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and gained popularity in 1968 as The Beatles and various other famous people came to study meditation there.
