Yoga Asana


An asana is a body posture, originally and still a general term for a sitting meditation pose, and later extended in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise, to any type of pose or position, adding reclining, standing, inverted, twisting, and balancing poses. During this retreat we will practice  asana everyday to know the benefits of each asana.



Meditation is a state of profound peace that the body experiences when the mind is calm and silent, yet completely aware of the surroundings. you will get a primary concept of meditation, philosophy of meditation, meditation postures, mantra concept, anatomy, and therapy of meditative practices, yogic nutrition, naturopathy.” During this retreat we will understand about chakras and will practice chakras meditation to balance.



Pranayama is comprised of two words Prana and Ayama.Prana word means vital energy. Pranayama utilizes breathing to influence the flow of prana in the nadis of the pranaamaya kosha. Pranayama (breath) is a bridge between the body and the mind and its practices are an essential yoga practice that reveals deeper layers of the mind. In Pranayama we learn to control our breath by regularly practicing. Pranayama plays a very important role in our life to keep healthy. Let’s check what the benefits of pranayama are.
